Refund & Exchange Policy

At I Am Shauna T Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, coaching services, and physical merchandise. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund and exchange policy below before making a purchase.


Digital Products & Digital Services

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of the following:

  • E-books

  • Online courses

  • Downloadable materials

  • Digital products of any kind

  • 1:1 coaching services

  • Private coaching sessions

  • Strategy sessions or consultations

Once purchased, digital products and services are delivered immediately or access is granted, and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy aligns with standard industry practices for digital goods and services.

Physical Products (T-Shirts Only)

Feds Apparel

We currently offer t-shirts as our only physical product.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only (no refunds) for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email hello@shaunat.com with your order number and exchange request

  2. You will receive instructions on how to return the item

  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us at hello@shaunat.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

  • All digital products and digital services are non-returnable

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable) are non-returnable unless defective


International Orders

At this time, we do not accept international orders for physical products.
