At I Am Shauna T Coaching, we offer both digital products and limited physical products. Please review the information below to understand how orders are delivered and processed.
Digital Products & Services
Delivery Method
All digital products—including e-books, online courses, and downloadable materials—are delivered electronically.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are available for immediate download upon successful payment or shortly thereafter. In some cases, access details or download links may be delivered via email within a few hours, but may take up to 24 hours.
Services & Appointments
For services such as 1:1 coaching or strategy sessions, customers are responsible for scheduling their appointment using the booking instructions provided after purchase.
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive access to your digital product or service within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Physical Products (T-Shirts Only)
Order Processing Time
Physical product orders (t-shirts only) are processed within 7–10 business days.
This timeframe reflects our in-house processing time and does not include shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier
We ship physical products using United States Postal Service (USPS) or another carrier selected at checkout.
Shipping Timeframe
Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking details within 72 hours after shipment, please contact us at hello@shaunat.com.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, I Am Shauna T Coaching is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. For the most accurate delivery updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We currently ship physical products within the United States only.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
